“After the baptism, our thinking changes and we become like a new creation in Jesus Christ as He said, my people are in the world and not of the world and that be perfect as your heavenly Father is perfect”, he added.

“The journey to perfection is not a one-day or two-day journey, it’s a continuous process of whole life. In today’s first reading, God tells his Prophet that you must face the world and trials will come. But trust Me and stick to the truth”, he continued.

“Today you both have come here on the journey of perfection, to be related to God because you have been chosen. While remaining in Jesus, you may work with enthusiasm, however, trials will come, yet remain faithful. If you remain steadfast in Christ, no worry or thought will be able to shake you from your faith. Today’s recitations also teach us that trials will come, God has given you grace, you have to pick up your cross every day and continue the journey of perfection. May God be with you always. Amen!”, he concluded.
